In the fifth generation, Torsten H. Spliedt opened the shop in Kampen on Sylt more than ten years ago. Here the owner sometimes sits with a customer in a beach chair in front of the shop and helps to find the right gift. In 2016, the branch at Neue ABC Strasse 4 in Hamburg was added. Here the managing directors Delficus Graf Douglas and Lucas Graf Strachwitz advise you and value both new ideas and the traditional art of watchmaking.

Claus Herrmann Spliedt had a love for drawing and handicrafts. The Danish king, who happened to be present at the dismissal for the revision, offered young Spliedt free study at the University of Copenhagen, since he had been introduced to him as the best in his class. But Spliedt declined with thanks. He would rather be a goldsmith.

TRADITION

At the age of 31, the young goldsmith Claus Hermann Spliedt bought the house at Breite Strasse No. 18 on October 16, 1856. This laid the foundation for the goldsmiths in Itzehoe. The date of entry into office was later set at 1857.
