Orders placed by 2 PM are typically shipped the same day – nationally and internationally, fully insured and reliably.
Can I return items?
Yes. Within 14 days of receipt – provided unworn and in original packaging. A free return label is provided.

Insured shipping via DHL Express or secure courier – free within Germany, international upon agreement.
What payment methods are available?
Bank transfer, credit card, PayPal, installment payments (subject to approval) – all secure and discreet.

What is the difference between direct sale and consignment sale?
With the direct sale, you receive an immediate purchase offer from us – with prompt payout.
With the consignment sale, we offer your watch on your behalf. Upon successful sale, you receive the proceeds minus a pre-agreed commission.
Which watch brands do you purchase?
All premium brands valued at approximately €1,000 or more. Damaged or older models are also accepted.
