How quickly is delivery made?
Orders placed by 2 p.m. are usually shipped the same day – nationally and internationally, insured and reliable.
May I return items?
Yes. Within 14 days of receipt – provided unworn and in original packaging. A free return label will be provided.
How is shipping handled?
Insured shipping via DHL Express or valuables courier – free within Germany, international by arrangement.
Which payment methods are available?
Bank transfer, credit card, PayPal, installment payment (after review) – all secure & discreet.

What is the difference between direct sale and consignment sale?
In a direct sale, you receive an immediate purchase offer from us – with prompt payout.
In a sale on customer order, we offer your watch on our behalf. After a successful sale, you receive the proceeds minus a pre-agreed sales commission.
Which watch brands do you purchase?
All high-quality brands valued at around €1,000 or more. Damaged or older models are also possible.
