Returns
All essential information regarding the return of your ordered products.
If you wish to return one or more products after your order, you may do so under the following conditions. Please follow the steps outlined below to ensure a seamless process.
Return Period
1. Return Period
You may return your order within 14 days of receipt.
2. Register Return Shipment
Please contact us by phone at +49 (0) 40 33 44 15 41 or by email at info@spliedt-hamburg.de to register your return and obtain a return label.
3. Securely Package the Goods
Use the original packaging if possible, or equivalent secure packaging, to prevent shipping damage.
4. Verify Item Condition
All items must be returned unworn, undamaged, and complete (including all accessories and original documents).
5. Select Shipping Option
Within Germany and the EU: Returns are shipped via DHL Express with a complimentary return label. The customer arranges pickup directly with DHL Express.
Outside the EU: Returns from abroad are chargeable – 100 $.
Please contact us to coordinate the return and provide a suitable label.
6. Attach Return Label
Affix the return label prominently on the outside of the package.
7. Ship the Package
Hand over the package to the courier or shipping service and obtain a signed confirmation of receipt.
