Returns
All important information on returning your ordered products.
If you wish to return one or more products after your order, you can do so under the following conditions. Please follow the steps below to ensure a smooth process.
Return Period
1. Return Period
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.
2. Register Return Shipment
Contact us by phone at +49 (0) 40 33 44 15 41 or by email at info@spliedt-hamburg.de to register your return and receive a return label.
3. Pack Goods Securely
Use the original packaging if possible or equivalent secure packaging to avoid shipping damage.
4. Check Item Condition
All items must be returned unworn, undamaged, and complete (including all accessories and original documents).
5. Select Shipping Option
Within Germany and the EU: Returns are shipped via DHL Express with a free return label. The customer arranges pickup directly with DHL Express.
Outside the EU: Returns from abroad are chargeable - 100 $.
Please contact us to coordinate the return and provide a suitable label.
6. Attach Return Label
Place the return label clearly visible on the outside of the package.
7. Ship Package
Hand over the package to the courier or shipping service and obtain a signed confirmation of receipt.
