Terms and Conditions – Consignment and Sales Agreement
Spliedt & Cie GmbH – As of Nov. 2025
1. Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) apply to the consignment of watches to Spliedt & Cie GmbH (hereinafter referred to as the "Dealer") by natural or legal persons (hereinafter referred to as the "Consignor") for sale based on an individually concluded Sales Agreement. By signing the Sales Agreement, the Consignor acknowledges these T&Cs as a binding part of the contract.
2. Subject Matter of the Contract

The Consignor hands over one or more watches to the Dealer for presentation, storage, and onward sale to end customers.

The sale is conducted by the Dealer in its own name and for its own account, albeit based on the Sales Agreement.

The minimum selling price (net) and the Dealer's commission are agreed upon individually.

Until the final sale, the consigned watch remains the property of the Consignor.
