The Rolex Air-King 126900 embodies the rich tradition of pilot’s watches and pays tribute to the pioneers of aviation. Since its introduction in the 1940s, the Air-King has stood for precision and reliability under extreme conditions. The 2022 model with reference 126900 presents a contemporary design that preserves the essence of the series while incorporating modern innovations. Crafted from Oystersteel, the 40 mm case offers water resistance to 100 metres. Its combination of polished and satin-finished surfaces gives the watch an elegant appearance that unites robustness with style. The black dial features prominent Arabic numerals and Chromalight markers, ensuring excellent legibility even in low light. The signature Mercedes-style hands reinforce the iconic look. At its heart beats the calibre 3230, a mechanical self-winding movement developed and manufactured by Rolex. It provides a power reserve of approximately 70 hours and, thanks to the Parachrom hairspring, is highly resistant to magnetic fields and shocks. Precision is confirmed by the Superlative Chronometer certification, guaranteeing a daily rate of -2/+2 seconds. The Oyster bracelet in stainless steel with the Oysterlock safety clasp ensures a secure fit and comfortable wear.
