The TAG Heuer Monaco Gulf, reference CBL2115.FC6494, embodies the iconic connection between Swiss watchmaking and motorsport heritage. Since its introduction in the 1970s—made famous by Steve McQueen in the film ‘Le Mans’—the Monaco has stood for innovative design and precision. This 2023 Gulf Special Edition is distinguished by its striking blue dial in the signature Gulf colours of blue, orange and white, recalling the legendary sponsorship of Gulf Oil in racing. The square case, crafted from polished stainless steel, measures 39 mm and offers water resistance to 10 ATM, making it ideal for everyday wear. Powered by the in-house automatic Calibre Heuer 02, the watch provides an impressive power reserve of 80 hours. The chronograph function with three subsidiary dials emphasises its sporty utility, while rhodium-plated indexes and hands ensure excellent legibility. The dark-blue perforated calf-leather strap with orange lining gives the watch a dynamic, racing-inspired appearance. Its stainless-steel folding clasp provides a secure fit and high wearing comfort. Presented in very good condition, this Monaco Gulf comes as a full set including the original packaging, warranty card and documents.
